③ Available Dimensions (Standard Ranges)
- Thickness: 0.3–60 mm
- Width: ≤ 2000 mm
- Form: Plate / Sheet / Slab / Circle / Cut Strip on Request
- Surface: 2B · BA · No.1 · No.4 · HL · 8K on Request
④ Applicable Standards
ASTM A240 · EN 10088-2 · JIS G4304/4305 · GB/T 3280
⑤ Common Applications
Welded thick-wall components, large vessels, chemical equipment, piping, welded assemblies not heat-treated after welding
⑥ Substitution & Selection Advice
Lower strength than 304, but better resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. If solution annealing is applied after welding, 304 is sufficient.
Chemical and mechanical data are taken from the general ASTM A240 standard. Available dimensions are standard ranges; the contract and technical agreement take precedence.
